Peppery potato gratin with beer
These stuffed crispy spuds go "Bang" as the appetizer. Come on in, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Bacon

    3 slice

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    0.5 cup

  • Cheese

    0.5 cup

  • Greens

    0.25 cup

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Basic foods, plus cheese and greens.

Wash the potatoes and cut in half.

Grease with vegetable oil potato halves and put in the oven for 30 minutes.

Remove the toasted halves and let cool.

While the potatoes are cooling, prepare the filling - cut the bacon and fry with onions and add cheese and garlic.

With a spoon take out the core from the halves and mix it with stuffing, then fill the empty stuffing of toasted halves.
