Cookies
This recipe had for years!! I read in one journal. Want to say a huge thanks to Valentina of resonence!! )She at the time introduced me to this recipe!! ) I can say that these cookies can be prepared with different fillings, but it always turns out very tasty, soft, tender, just melting in the mouth and quickly disappearing from the table!! )) Let's drink tea!!! ))

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In the sifted flour, add the pieces of margarine (or butter) at room temperature.

Hands grind into crumbs.

Separately mix the yolks, cottage cheese (pureed through a sieve or crushed in a blender), vanilla, sugar and salt. Mix well.

Add the slaked soda and mix again.

Into crumbs, add the cheese mass.

Knead a soft elastic dough.

I have it was a bit sticky, so I added a little flour to get the desired look.

Now you need to divide dough into 6 equal portions, roll out each into a ball. Pour into a dish, wrap in plastic wrap (or put in a baggie) and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, while preparing filling. Whip the whites with sugar until strong peaks.

After 30 minutes to get the balls (one by one). Put on a well-covered flour table.

Roll out into a thin layer in the form of a rectangle (I did it about the size of 30x40cm, thickness about 1 mm).
