Cooking
Take what we need for the sauce. The sauce is alive, not cooked. Spread the cream cheese in a blender.
There also send the sugar ( I took brown), vanilla sugar and a banana.
All is well split. A medium thick sauce.
Put the sauce in a bowl and add dried blueberries. You can replace the raisins. With a spoon stir and pushed aside.
Make the pancakes. Beat eggs in a bowl and put sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, soda. Whisk to combine.
A banana split in a blender and add to the mixture. Add cream, sunflower oil (to grease the pan for each pancake). Mix well and spoon pour the sifted flour. At the end pour in the boiling water, stirring constantly with a whisk. The liquid batter for thin pancakes, which are well spread in the pan thinly.
Bake pancakes. For the first pancake in the pan heat well and make up it with sunflower oil. Then we do not need to grease the pan, because the dough contains oil.
Every damn coat with some butter. Today we have CARNIVAL!
The pancakes are ready. From this dough turned out 10 PCs of pancakes D-24 cm If you take 2 pancakes per serving, you get 5 servings. I had, but the portion I really wanted to increase... up to 5 PCs!
Brew the tea and start Breakfast!
