Korean-style eggplant
Very tasty salad. Stored in the refrigerator for a very long time (theoretically, as it is eaten quickly)

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

Here are the ingredients we need

Eggplant boil until soft

Garlic finely chop (I did it in blender, the main thing - to cut)

Add all ingredients to the eggplant

Mix all and refrigerate overnight. The next day you can eat! Bon appetit!
