Cooking
Beat egg with a pinch of salt and bran.
Add seasoning, butter and cheese, grated on a fine grater. Mix well. Pour the boiling water and add the flour. Quickly spoon knead the dough-batter.
Sausages clear from the film and coat thoroughly in the batter, helping himself with his hands. Fry the sausages on both sides in vegetable oil on medium-high heat. Cover don't cover.
