Vegetable soup with cheese flavor and hints of soy sauce. A great variety to your diet.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Soy sauce

  • Cheese

    1 piece

  • Water

  • Vegetable oil

Potatoes clean, cut into small pieces. Boil in salted water, in small quantities (to hid the potatoes).

Onions and carrots chop and fry in unrefined oil.

When the onion becomes transparent, add the sauce to frying. Cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

In a separate bowl, boil some water and dissolve the cheese, bring to a boil.

Add to potatoes grilled vegetables, cheese broth. Grind immersion blender. To try the salt, if not enough salt or add soy sauce (as you prefer).
