Creamy cheese souffle with mushrooms will delight You and Your guests.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

    150 g
