Chocolate cookies with sesame seeds
This recipe I would designate in one word - Amazing. Surprisingly simple to prepare, surprisingly simple set of products, amazing chocolate, amazing quickly disappears from the table. Recipe Martha Stewart, adapted by me to our reality.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Corn grits

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    6 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Sesame seeds fry in a dry pan until slightly Golden (3-4 minutes).

Melt butter, add sugar and whip. One to drive two eggs, add the brandy and beat again until smooth.

Corn grits I got a little shredded in the processor, mixed it with sifted flour, salt and sesame seeds.

Added the sifted cocoa powder.

Mixed liquid and dry components and got elastic and very chocolate dough. Tightened it up in clingfilm and sent to winter in the fridge for 20 minutes.

The dough was divided into pieces the size of a walnut, rolled up balls (the dough is absolutely not stick neither to the hands nor the Board.) Put on with baking paper baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. A total of 36 pieces.
