If You love chocolate as much as I do, then these cupcakes are for You!.. Moist, juicy, the structure of cakes is complemented by a sour cream and chocolate glaze. Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    2 cup

  • Sugar

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Orange zest

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    7 tsp

  • Water

    10 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

All that is needed.

With a mixer, beat the yogurt with the soda and sugar

Add flour,

Cocoa powder.

Grease the pan with vegetable oil and pour the whipped mass. Bake in a preheated oven (160C) until a nice Golden brown color. Readiness baking check, as usual, with a wooden stick.

Ready cake cut vertically in two layers, allow to cool.

Mix sour cream with condensed milk, you can add to smell a little vanilla. The cream is ready.

Put the first cake on a dish, carefully pierce it with a wooden skewer (you can use a toothpick or a match) and grease with the cream.

Prepare the glaze: in a small sauce pan pour the cocoa, sugar and gradually add water. Stir with a whisk, cocoa is well dissolved.
