Cake
This cake can be prepared as a gift for yourself and for friends.

Ingredients

  • Biscuit

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    120 g

  • Condensed milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Thickener for cream

    2 pack

  • Almonds

    3 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Mastic

Prepare 2 sponge cake (I made the 1st of the 6 eggs, 1 Cup sugar, 1 Cup flour, the 2nd of the 3 eggs, 150 g sugar, 150 g flour). Allow to cool.

Whip the cream, gradually adding the condensed milk.

Separately whip the cream and spoon to mix with sour cream.

Cut biscuits in half, put the cream on the bottom cake, cover the top of the cakes to soak.

Prepare the 2nd cream under mastic: in proteins, add sugar, put in a water bath and stirring continuously until the sugar is dissolved. Give protein to calm down!
