Ingredients

  • Broth

    1.5 l

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Meat

    150 g

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Wild rice soak overnight. Cook the chicken broth.

Vegetable wash, clean. Carrots, celery, onion chopped.

In a saucepan melt the butter, put the vegetables, simmer 10 minutes. Then add rice and stir, slightly fry.

Pour in the stock, season with salt and pepper, add the Bay leaf. Cover with a lid. Cook on slow heat for 1 hour. At the end of cooking add cream, bring to a boil, remove from heat.

About half of the vegetables to chop using a blender, mix with the rest of the soup. In the finished chowder to add pieces of boiled chicken, bring to boil, season with salt and pepper.
