Golden Corn Cream Soup. I recently brought a booklet with recipes in English. I sat flipping through it, perusing the recipes and then look snatched the words Corn Soup. I love corn so I immediately "caught fire". The only inconvenience for me was the fact that everything stated in ounces. But this problem I solved with the help of the Internet. So meet the Golden corn cream soup.

Ingredients

  • Corn

    450 g

  • Milk

    700 ml

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

Cooking

With corn cobs crop of grain.

Themselves on the cob to break into several pieces and put in a saucepan with the milk. Put on medium heat and bring to a boil. Then reduce fire and cook for about 8 minutes.

The oil in the frying pan. Put back the onion and sauté 3 minutes. Then add carrots, peppers, garlic and corn. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

From the milk, remove the cobs, add the vegetables, pour water and cover with lid. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Then cool slightly and blend in a blender. Pour into a clean saucepan and bring to a boil.
