Thai soup with cucumbers
Soup-puree from beet - this, of course, tasty and very useful, but my husband need to work on something more substantial. Today I cooked him Thai soup with cucumbers. Wow the soup turned out: sea meat, sea mushrooms and very spicy!!!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Cabbage Chinese

    0.5 plug

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Ginger

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Measure out all the spices that they had on hand. Garlic peel, chop. Ginger root to grate.

Mushrooms wash, dry and cut into thin slices.

Cabbage cut into noodles (except for the rough bottom part).

Cucumber wash, cut crosswise into 3 pieces, then each piece cut lengthwise into plastics and then thick strips. Transfer to a colander, sprinkle with salt and leave for 10 minutes. Then gently squeeze.

Pork wash, dry and cut into thin strips.

In a pan put the mushrooms, pour 1.5 liters of water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook for 7 minutes.

In the frying pan, oil, fry on high heat the pork for 4 minutes, add garlic and ginger, stir and immediately transfer to a soup.

Pour in the soup soy sauce, add turmeric, nutmeg, salt and pepper, stir, bring to a boil. Cook without lid for 5 minutes.

Put the cabbage and cucumbers, hold the ladle. Remove the soup from heat and let stand for 3-4 minutes.
