Cooking
Onion cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Ham and eggs cut into cubes, add onions, sour cream, salt and mix well. Grate cheese on fine grater.
In milk dissolve the salt, add the egg, stir well and enter half the norm of flour, softened margarine and sour cream. Mix well and add remaining flour.
Ready to roll out the dough to a thickness of 2-3mm and cut out circles the size of the molds. Cut circles to put into molds, press the dough to the inner surface of the forms, pierce in several places.
Fill the peas to maintain the shape and bake at 220-240S. When baskets browned, remove them from the molds, pour the peas and cool.
Then complete filling of each tartlet.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200C, so the cheese is melted and slightly baked.
