Description
Pastrami chicken is a great dish that requires minimum effort, but the result is very pleasing. I tried pickling pastroma dairy in the solution and in the salt. Both options are delicious, but the salt still much softer. So, I highly recommend them! With speciali you can experiment endlessly, below are my personal favorite=)

Cooking
-In a deep container put chicken breast, then pour brine (2 tsp salt to 1 Cup water). The solution should completely cover the chicken breast. Send in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
-In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients (olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, nutmeg, garlic, honey) and mix. After three hours of marinade breast to remove the bone, you get 2 fillets, coat with spice mixture
-Tie with cooking thread, so the fillet will hold its shape. Send in a preheated 250 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave the fillet to cool down (in 3-4 hours). Bon appetit!
