Smoothie berry-banana
Smoothies have become known since the early 70-ies of the last century, when the United States opened the first "healthy café" that sold chopped in a blender useful products. A smoothie is a drink made in a blender from fresh fruit and vegetables with added yogurt, ice cream, milk, or muesli. This dish is not creating in the stomach of gravity, and thus supplying the entire body daily allowance of minerals and vitamins. On wonder as they are supported by the Pacific surfers, who considered it was borrowed. (information from Internet)

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    150 ml

  • Oat flakes

    2 tsp

  • Banana

    55 g

  • Strawberry

    50 g

  • Black currants

    50 g

  • Honey

    1 tsp

Cooking

For making smoothies I use cereal oat bran from TM "Mistral"

In kefir add cereal, stir and leave for a few minutes.

To prepare the fruit. Strawberries and currants I have frozen. The strawberries I thawed and currants was not that smoothie turned cold as ice :)

Add to the yogurt, berries, banana and honey. Beat in a blender until smooth.

Pour into glasses and enjoy.
