Chocolate shake with buckwheat
Very flavorful and healthy smoothie. Who do not have enough potassium and sugar?.;) Depending on the number of products it turns out the drink or creamy dessert.

Ingredients

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Buckwheat

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    150 ml

Cooking

In a blender break the banana, sprinkle of cocoa (without sugar), add a little milk (about 50 ml)

Whip - and get a smooth chocolate cream

Add 3 tbsp of buckwheat and pour another 100 ml of milk

The result is a thick, sweet, chocolate cocktail that is fun to eat with a spoon.:) Garnish with cinnamon, cocoa, nuts... I sprinkled walnuts.:)
