Meatballs in milk sauce
I have another very simple, tasty and hearty dish. Try, dear!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Roll

    3 slice

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Greens

Pork and chicken (1:1) to prepare the stuffing. Add a loaf of bread, garlic, onion and seasoning for minced meat.

1 tbsp flour pour into the pan, add the butter and vegetable. Knead to avoid lumps, and pour a glass of milk. Season with salt and spices to taste. Boil about 10 minutes.
