Barbecue in the Bank
A great way to barbecue at home.

Ingredients

  • Offal

    800 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Liquid smoke

    2 Tbsp

  • Water, carbonated

    150 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

Cooking

Bellies washed, clean. Marinate in mineral water with added salt, seasonings and oil.

Leave on for 5-8 hours.

On the bottom of the jar put two cloves of garlic, pour 2 tbsp of liquid smoke.

Stomachs prepared to put on wooden sticks (if you do not have stomachs, and meat, then fry slightly in a frying pan). Vertically to place the skewers (includes 7 pieces). Close the jar with foil, folded in 2 layers.

Put in a cold oven on a baking tray, turn on the oven, and 40 minutes skewers ready - fragrant and delicious.
