Cooking
In a deep pan, pour water to a height of "two fingers", put on the fire, add chicken drumsticks, garlic cloves and Bay leaf. Sauté 20 minutes, the water will evaporate, add a little liquid, but do not overdo it, because the chicken must not boil, but only stew! After the specified time remove from heat and allow the legs to cool a little.
In a deep plate (bowl) mix eggs and mustard. In another mix all the remaining dry ingredients for breading - flour, starch, paprika, dry rosemary and thyme (or fresh, chopped), salt and pepper.
Shin first dip on all sides in the egg mixture...
... and then in the dry breadcrumbs.
To prepare therefore all of the chicken drumsticks.
In a saucepan, heat the desired amount of vegetable oil for frying (I use peanut oil, which has never failed me with deep fried foods!) Roast chicken leg quarters in small portions (so as not to lower the temperature of the oil...) on all sides, until Golden brown.
Ready chicken to put on a paper towel and serve hot!
