Cheese... mushrooms.... delicate creamy mushroom taste.. very flavorful and rich soup... the technology of cooking is new to me... thanks to our friend, who at the picnic taught me how to cook this way... now I often indulge myself... .. it Turns out that the pickers also know how to cook :-))))))

Cooking
Fill the mushrooms with boiling water, cover with a plate which diameter is included in the bowl with the mushrooms (you want the mushrooms to pop up and has soaked evenly). In the morning wash and recline in a colander.
Mushrooms cut into strips (or used to).
Put on fire a saucepan with the broth. Potatoes cleaned, washed and cut into large slices.
Peeled onion cut into half rings. In a hot pan on medium heat fry the onion with mushrooms. Salt, pepper.
When onions and mushrooms are almost done, pour in the cream. Simmer for few minutes under closed lid.
Mushrooms add to the potatoes.
Better to put cheese on a few minutes in the freezer. Three on a small grater.
Add to soup and boil, stirring until the sour weight dissolved.
Serve with greens.... Bon appetit!!!!!
