Green soup with mushrooms
A very delicious soup. Love to cook it in the spring, while the young sorrel. Husband and daughter had this soup right love. The site has recipes for green soup, but it's not there, maybe someone will like my version of this dish.

Ingredients

  • Sorrel

    1 coup

  • Tomato paste

    6 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Pork ribs

    6 piece

  • Water

    2 l

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

From pork ribs to cook the broth.

Add the mushrooms, sliced across the grain.
