Zucchini cut into thin wedges (noodles, I cut up a cutting knife) or ribbons (a peeler). Carrots grate on medium grater. Onion cut into thin half-rings, the Garlic, finely chop and crush the blunt side of a knife. Add the rest chopped cilantro, divorced, spicy vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste
Stir, put in a salad bowl or on a dish, let stand for 10-15 minutes
