Description
Emergencies: when there is no time to look in a cookbook and treacherously over the necessary ingredients for the sauce or they are just bored already. It happened this very simple cooking sauce. This improvisation ended quite successfully, judging by the requests to repeat the cooking of the sauce.

Finely shinkuem onion
Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the minced meat until half done, add the onions, after a couple of minutes – the carrots.
Salt, pepper. (You can add favorite seasonings, but I've managed without them) Add chopped garlic, fry for another minute. Then to thicken add 1 tbsp flour (although who doesn't love, you can do without the flour the sauce through the vegetables, it turns out quite thick). Pour in the broth, reserve the sauce for 5-7 minutes on low heat.
Pour the sauce over the garnish and sprinkle with herbs.
