Ingredients

  • Almonds

    20 g

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Water

    120 ml

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

Cooking

Almond grind in a blender into a fine crumb

Add oat flakes. Thoroughly blend until all grinding. Added to dry mix the banana, pour the water. If it's hot you can add a couple of ice cubes. A good whisk for 1-2 minutes.

Pour our smoothies into a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon. All you can eat to boost your energy, health and good mood!!! All a pleasant appetite!!!
