Timbal of salmon with caviar
An elegant holiday dish that will surprise you with mouth-watering taste! I advise you to try!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    200 g

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Lemon juice

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Caviar

    100 g

  • Shrimp

    250 g

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Take fresh fish separated from the bones, cut into cubes and

Fry in a pan without adding oil cooled.

Salted salmon cut into small pieces, mix with the fried fish and puree them in a blender.

To the blended mass add chopped dill, lemon juice, cream and pepper (to taste), whisk until smooth.

With cling film, spread them mousse, then caviar and again a layer of mousse. Put in the fridge for 5-6 hours (preferably overnight).

Then take out shapes, decorate with shrimp.
