Description
This recipe appeared in our house in the 90s. Who remembers that time knows that not all life was fun. This recipe we tried once as a business ( number of products) and more did not leave until... until I got married and left, leaving him there, in the house of my childhood... Today I reproduced it for my son and remembered, this is so delicious!!! Juicy, soaked and just melting in your mouth... the Minute I called him, because the mixing of the ingredients takes no more than 5 minutes.

Cooking
Whisk to mix the egg, yogurt and sugar until smooth. Add the baking soda. After got soda the dough will start to foam ( soda extinguished yogurt).
My love of chocolate, so I sprinkled cocoa. If you do not, you will get a white crust.
The resulting mass is poured onto a baking sheet and put in oven on 190 degrees. Bake as sponge cake, until tender.
As I did this time is no cake, just pie, then decided to soak the syrup, which made, still hot, holes in the wand for sushi. Then poured hot syrup and put it in the oven for another couple minutes to soak.
Syrup : 3/4 tbsp. powdered sugar +1,2 tsp of vanilla sugar+ 6 tsp. milk ( or water). Bring to boil on a slow fire.
