Pots with pork and cabbage
Don't know anyone, and I always visit in the autumn depression. But I have long learned to deal with the autumn Blues. And you have the recipe. Added to life a little more creativity, all kinds of Goodies and a bit of adrenaline. And so I was unable to participate in the contest "Autumn tango". At the same time and my husband was pleased with the hearty autumn dish.

Ingredients

  • Pork

  • Cabbage

    400 g

  • Drain

  • Onion

  • Cheese

  • Bread

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Coriander

  • Cumin

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Parsley

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chicken egg

Pork cut into cubes with sides of 2 cm. onions finely chop. Fry meat and onion in small amount of vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Add the cabbage to the meat, sprinkle with salt. Add a pinch of a mixture of peppers, coriander and cumin. Mix everything together, leave on the fire for five minutes.

Add to the cabbage and meat half yellow plums. Remove the dish from heat.

Put all in a ramekin, tightly enough tamping.

For the bread crust fresh egg lightly unbolted. Borodinsky bread and grind into crumbs with a blender.

Mix egg and bread crumbs.

We should put a crust on top with a slice of cheese or sprinkle it with grated cheese. In this form, without closing the lids, ship the pot in the oven on a medium heat.
