  • Flour

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Spices

  • Almonds

    1 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Fish marinated in milk, the spices, adding the brandy.

To prepare the 1st "coat" heat sink. oil, add 2 tbsp flour, mix quickly, adding 100 g of cream.
