Two ideas for a summer dinner
I live in Greece more than 18 years of age and fully experienced all the "charm&a mp;quot; hot climate, but, as my husband says, heat heat, but the lunch, though, in this case, dinner on schedule! Want to be tasty and simple, satisfying and not a lot of calories, and then come to the rescue of such recipes. Know not discover America, but suddenly someone come in handy.

  • Salt

Mushrooms, onions and garlic to simmer in a small amount of butter (1.5 tbsp) for 5-7 minutes, in the end, add soy sauce (highly recommend - for the disclosure of taste and aroma), remove from heat and cool.

For meat stuffing add grated grated onion and garlic, ginger, nuts, dill and mushrooms. season with salt and pepper.

Mix thoroughly. Very tight stuff the pepper from which to remove the seeds. Place it in a heat proof shape and pave between him sprigs of dill (preferably thickened stems)

Sauce: Chop the tomatoes in small pieces. It is advisable to choose ripe and red fruit.

Onions and garlic grate, pripustit in a small amount of oil, add the tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add the broth and bring to a boil. Evenly distribute the sauce between the peppers.

If you like creamy taste, like my family, then pour the peppers and cream or low-fat sour cream. Tightly cover the peppers with foil and bake in pre-heated to 190-200"C oven until cooked, I have cooked about an hour. Be guided by your oven!!! Remove the foil and allow the peppers to lightly brown under the grill.

Frikadelli roll wrapped in red pepper. I still have the stuffing and I cooked another delicious and flavorful dish. Red pepper bake under the grill until cooked.

Cool and remove seeds and peel

Of minced meat molded of frikadele, the size of slightly larger than a walnut.

Fry frikadelli in a small amount of oil in a hot pan. Slice the peppers into strips and wrap them fried of frikadele.

Serve with feta cheese, you can yoghurt and black bread, and always with a glass of rosé dry and chilled wine!
