Oat cakes with Apple and yoghurt
Excellent cakes for those watching their figure, who doesn't need extra cholesterol, calories and the creases on the sides and not only;) But it takes a lot of energy, vivacity and good mood! Wonderful aroma of cinnamon and lemon, delicate yogurt cream, Apple sour and crunchy crust of these pastries will delight you and your family.

Ingredients

  • Raisins

    0.333 cup

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    80 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

For the dough mix all the ingredients one by one: flour, cinnamon, salt, sugar, baking powder and oatmeal.

Add the vegetable oil, lemon juice and water (cold), stir again.

2/3 of the dough spread in a greased form and slightly compacted.

The bull's-eye to clear of seeds, cut into cubes, add raisins and honey, mix well.

Spread on top layer of dough, Apple and raisins.

Prepare the cream. Yogurt mixed with vanilla sugar and flour. Spread on apples.

The final layer is the remaining dough to crumble with fingers as small as possible.

Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for 40 minutes. Then allow to cool, cut into portion slices and enjoy!!!
