Soup made from chicken liver with tomatoes
Tender and flavorful chicken liver perfectly manifests itself in soups. The soup looks delicious and hearty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    250 g

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Parsley

Cooking

Wash the tomatoes and scald them with boiling water, to make it easier to remove the upper skin.

Chop the tomatoes slices.

Cut the leeks in half lengthwise, rinse from the sand. Then slice crosswise very thin half-rings.

Chicken liver rinse well and cut into small pieces, drizzle with soy sauce Kikkoman.

Preheat skillet or wok with olive oil and sauté tomatoes and leeks for 5 minutes.

Pour in the Kikkoman soy sauce, boiling water of about 0.5 liter, and salt.

When the water boils, lower the liver and boil again. Remove the foam and cook for another 5 minutes.

Before serving, season with pepper and add parsley.
