Snails eggplant
Spicy, moderately spicy and very tasty appetizer of eggplant!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 kg

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Greens

  • Black pepper

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Allspice

    5 piece

  • Carnation

    5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

The cooking time is indicated without time to marinate eggplant. First you need to prepare the marinade. Boil water, cool and pour the vinegar. If not Apple, can replace a conventional, 6% vinegar.
