Quiche with Kale and eggs
Very fond of the young sprouts, and this year I have a good harvest, so that I only with it did, but I especially love pies with her. This pie turned out incredible!!! Basis of his cereal, making it not so high in calories.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

For this recipe we will need oatmeal from TM Mistral. They should grind in a blender or coffee grinder.

Mix the cereal with flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt, mix well.

Using a whisk, combine vegetable oil, 4 tbsp of boiling water and 4 tbsp yogurt.

Add the mixture into the flour and knead elastic non-sticky dough.

For the filling, shred the cabbage. In a pan heat butter and saute cabbage, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes until soft.

Roll the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and put it in a greased ovenproof form.

Prick it with a fork and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes.

The cooled cabbage mixed with grated cheese and finely chopped dill, salt and pepper. Remove the cake from oven and fill with cabbage.

Boil 4 eggs hard boiled and cut them into halves. For filling, mix 1 egg, the remaining yogurt and sour cream.

For cabbage lay rugs eggs cut up. With a spoon pour filling filling.
