Grill always incite big boys, but without aperitif boring. This snack I always cook in the evening. On the day of the picnic when even the skewers are not ready, better and tastier snack with a glass of vodka did not come up ;) Not to mention the fact that this is a favorite appetizer at any holiday table. Cooking
In a bowl mix 2 tbsp white balsamic or Apple cider vinegar, add 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt. Heat in microwave 20 seconds and stir well to salt and sugar. They should completely dissolve. Onion cut into half rings, marinate in the marinade for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan mix tomato sauce, add olive oil or vegetable odorless, vegetable broth, add the marinade in which marinated onions, 0.5 St. l. sugar. Put on fire, bring to the boil, add the mixture of peppers chopped, a pinch of ground coriander and immediately off.
Allow to cool to barely warm, add the pickled onions and chopped coriander or parsley. Sauce mix well.
The herring and disassemble the fillets. Cut into pieces. Put in jar a layer of herring and onions, basting with sauce. Leave to marinate for 3-4 hours.
To serve on the Borodino bread with a glass of frosty ;) Nice!
