Gratin of eggplant
Simple recipe with a stunning result! My husband doesn't like eggplant, doesn't like. But when he tried this gratin and said it is very tasty, I thought, he's probably just really hungry. And the next day I saw my husband absorbs the remnants of the dish cold. And I realized that the recipe we have stuck for a long time! Try, fans and not fans of eggplant!

Ingredients
