And the next day I saw my husband absorbs the remnants of the dish cold. And I realized that the recipe we have stuck for a long time! Try, fans and not fans of eggplant!

Eggplant cut into rounds and sauté in oil 10 minutes, turning 1 time. Then place on paper towel to remove excess fat.
Tomatoes cut into circles.
For the sauce, mix the sour cream, tomato paste and soy sauce, add the garlic.
For this dish I took the soy sauce Cccamp.
In refractory form put a third of the eggplant, then half the tomatoes, then the cheese and sauce.
Repeat layers 2 more times. Cover the form with foil and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Then remove foil, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
