Potatoes
How I love potatoes!!! In all its manifestations!!! This has turned out well, very flavorful, nicely Golden and wonderfully crispy!!! In one word miracle!!!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    5 piece

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Rosemary

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Potatoes peel and cut into not very small pieces. Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet, brush 1 tbsp olive oil, spread on the potato flakes, butter, pepper, sprinkle with rosemary and coarse salt to taste. Bake in a preheated 225 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Peel the carrot and cut into large strips. Add the carrots to the potatoes along with the Bay leaf. Bake another 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mix the chopped parsley, garlic and vegetable oil. 10 minutes before readiness sprinkle the potatoes with sesame seeds.

Pour parsley sauce and garlic potatoes ready, and immediately serve. Bon appetit!!!
