Soup
Found in a magazine recipe, I wanted to immediately cook. Left to cook for about 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    150 g

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Ground beef, onion and carrot fry in vegetable oil

Potatoes cut into cubes

Cheese grate on a coarse grater or finely chopped

Minced meat with vegetables and season with salt and pepper, add garlic (using a garlic crusher). Mix well

In boiling water add the potatoes, 5-7 minutes boiling. Then put the meat with vegetables. Boil everything for 10 more minutes. For a couple of minutes until cooked add the cheese. Add salt to taste, turn off. The finished plates. Add the chopped greens. Bon appetit!
