Sand cake with apricot jam
Easy to prepare cake with apricot jam for a family tea party.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Jam apricot

    0.75 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

In a bowl, combine the flour (1.5 cups) and baking soda (1/2 tsp).

Butter (100 gr.) melt on low heat. Add brown sugar universal TM Mistral (1/2 Cup), add salt (1/4 tsp). Mix until well blended.

To the warm oil mixture, add egg yolks (2 PCs.).

Stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.

To cooked mixture add flour mixture and soda. Knead shortbread dough.

Roll the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm Notch for biscuits or a glass cut out circles with a diameter of 5-6 cm.

The slices lay out on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper.
