Very tasty and elegant salad! Rich and at the same time not heavy. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Meat

    200 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Vinegar

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Beans rinse thoroughly and put in a Cup.

Onion cut into half rings, sprinkle with vinegar and add to beans.

The Bulgarian pepper and Chile to remove the seeds and cut into thin strips, add to salad. I didn't use chili.

Boiled and chilled meat cut into cubes or strips, put the rest of the ingredients.

Cilantro finely chopped, walnuts fry on a dry pan or bake in the microwave and chop. To add to the salad. Put in a salad with your favorite spices (I added pepper and Khmeli suneli) and salt.

Garlic peel and finely chop, put in a salad. Mix thoroughly but gently. Then season to taste with wine vinegar and vegetable oil. Let stand 20-40 minutes and serve.
