Very tasty cakes for dinner!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Yogurt

    0.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    0.333 cup

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Suluguni cheese

    200 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Cilantro

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Knead the dough. In the yogurt add the egg, salt, sugar, mix well, add flour, then olive oil. Knead elastic dough. If flour is not enough - in Your opinion - add how many will take the dough. By the way - this dough is kept in refrigerator for several days, and only getting better!

Curd grind with a fork with cheese Suluguni. Add the chopped garlic, black pepper, coriander and parsley. Mix well.
