Cheese cake with red sweet pepper. Is prepared simply and quickly, and it turns out very tasty and quite satisfying. Cook this pie for Breakfast at the weekend for my family. I assure you before lunch about the food, no one will remember! Serve this pie as a separate dish with a light green salad. And you can just tea. Going to be delicious!

Cooking
Butter cut into small pieces and melt.
Separately beat the eggs and olive oil.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Adyghe cheese mash with a fork.
To egg mixture add the melted butter, sifted with baking powder and salt in the flour and mix well.
Sweet pepper cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes.
Add pepper and cheese to the dough and mix well.
Put the dough in a baking dish (size 20*20) and flatten with a spatula or spoon.
Bake pie in preheated oven to 190* 35-40 minutes. Serve it hot, warm or completely cooled. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped cilantro. (or any other greens)
