Italian beetroot salad with orange dressing
Interesting idea to diversify the winter vegetable menu. I loved it: simple and original. Most importantly, delicious!!! Recipe from Ella Martino.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    5 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

  • Orange

    0.5 piece

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boiled beets clean and cut into small cubes.

Greens and garlic puree them.

For the filling, mix the juice of half an orange, olive oil, balsamic vinegar.

Beets mixed with herbs and garlic, pour the fragrant sweet filling, sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.
