Quick pickled zucchini
Crispy salted zucchini. Simple, fast, delicious! Squash season is in full swing...

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    500 g

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Salt

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Allspice

    3 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    500 ml

Young zucchini cut, mix with chopped ukropom and garlic. All folded up in a quart jar. In the water put salt and sugar, allspice, Bay leaf and coriander seeds. Marinade bring to boil and pour over zucchini. Add the lemon juice, cover and leave for 12 h at room t*. Then put in the refrigerator. To use tech. weeks.
