A delicious and hearty loaf. Mushrooms, I didn't have, so I added in the mince once upon a time hand-ground dried mushrooms, mushroom powder.
Cooking
1. Sauteed onions, mushrooms, wine, salt, pepper and spices added to the meat. 2. The skin sprinkle with salt, pepper, sprinkle with spices and spread on her stuffing. On top of cabbage leaves.
