Souffle
Elegant and very airy souffle!!! Very tasty!!! Taste qualities are excellent!!! No one will guess the main ingredient - kefir! Creamy delicious and unforgettable!!!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    0.5 l

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

Cooking

Soak gelatin in cold boiled water for 40 minutes. After heated on a slow fire and allow to cool.

In a dish put the sour cream and whisk with sugar Mistral 5 minutes.

To whipped cream add the yogurt at room temperature, vanilla, and whipping, slowly pour in the gelatin. Beat about 2 minutes.

Pour into dessert cups and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
