Cooking
Traditional Mexican flour tortillas-tortillas can be replaced with pita bread. Cut into squares 15x15 - 12 pieces. Lubricate on both sides with vegetable oil.
Put the cross 2 squares in the shape of muffins or cupcakes, press down. Preheat the oven to 180*C and brown baskets 10-15 minutes. I'm still under the grill for 2 minutes on ice.

At the bottom of the baskets to put guacamole. Sprinkle with diced tomato.
To hoist the meatball. Garnish with corn, greens, frisée or arugula.
