Super moist chocolate cupcakes in the microwave
I want to tell You that it is amazing pastries! Like anything complex and artful, and the result is impressive. These delicate, air-moist muffins just melt in your mouth and do not require additional impregnation or cream. Succumb to the sweet temptation!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    0.25 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.25 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.125 tsp

  • Milk

    0.25 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, cocoa powder and baking powder.

Mix the milk and vegetable oil.

To dry ingredients add liquid and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.

Pour the batter over the cups, filling them no more than 2/3. To cook in the microwave at a power of 1000 watts 70 seconds. Ready to test a torch. To give the cupcakes to cool. The only drawback: they are not so good get from the molds. For beauty cakes I sprinkled coconut flakes.
