Cottage cheese-plum pie
It turned out a wonderful cake. Girls my husband at work has gone crazy. Threw me rave reviews.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    160 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Potato starch

Sift flour with baking powder, add salt and butter cut into small pieces. RUB hands in a uniform fine crumb. Beat the egg with sugar, pour in the flour and knead the dough. It gives a very soft, pliable, delicate. To stand in the cold for 30 minutes.
