Description
Lush, sweet donuts, with chunks of pear and Apple. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user elena_110 called "Donut fruit", and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
In warm milk dissolve the yeast and sugar. Leave for 5 -10 minutes. Add the melted margarine, water, salt and egg. Mix well. Gradually add the flour and knead elastic dough. The dough should not be steep, it should remain soft. Lubricate the Cup with oil, put the dough and leave to rise for 1 - 1.5 hours.
While suitable dough, fruit peel and cut into cubes.
Then 5-7 min. with sugar and cinnamon.
Divide the dough into 13 parts.
Roll cake, in the middle put a tablespoon of filling.
Bring the edges well to seal. Flip the donuts flatten a bit. To keep the donuts warm for 10 min.
Fry in plenty of oil, on medium heat. It is advisable to cover. Lay the donuts on a napkin to glass excess oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
